Ladies, do you think that most women's sports have been sexualized?

Cheerleading: Pretty obvious. They’re very nearly dancing around in bikinis.
Beach Volleyball: They’re expected to wear bikinis while the men can still have jerseys on
Indoor volleyball: Girls in super small spandex shorts…
    Softball: Small shorts
Tennis: still expected to wear skirts, lots of panties publicized

Why does the IOC limit the number of sporting events (disciplines)?

I have been trying to figure out why the IOC limits the number of generous disciplines to be featured in the Olympics. I read their charter and it doesn’t give reasons for their reasoning behind it, just that they do it and that’s that. While there are many different events included in certain events (i.e. beach volleyball and indoor volleyball are painstaking one discipline; swimming, diving and water polo all fall under the aquatics category), it is silly that baseball and softball are going to have to fight to get their position in the Olympics back in 2012 against the likes of Rugby, Golf, and Karate. So I want to know why everyone can’t join if they meet the required criteria?

Why white men dominate sports ?

i mean white men dominated over 90% of sports and has win over 85% of medals in olympic games history!in same time he is a minority wordwide in view of the fact that blacks and asians are way more!
look the olympic list of sports and compare white sportsperson vs the black one for model who is very athletic
why white man dominate everything except track events and baskeball(even tho the first 3 medalist 1 team was black and 2 all caucasian but ok)

      So I'm a n00b at sports lol…help?

I played volleyball last fall for he first time ever!!! I never even played volleyball with an real volleyball before and I didn’t know any of the rules!! (I had played beach volleyball before though..lol). I wasn’t the worst player but I wasn’t the best..I guess you could say I ws average?? About half the players had already been playing for at least a year so take that into consideration.
What sports must I play next year?? I was going to initiation practicing for sports and I have 4 months to get equipped! I’m anemic so once I get iron supplements I’ll be able to be active again! I’m going to be a freshman next year. These are the sports existing that I would consider doing:

      Fall
      -volleyball
      -cross country
      -soccer

      winter
      -cheerleading
      -indoor track

      spring
      -softball
      -track
      -tennis

Keep in mind that I’ve acctually played any of these with the exception of a few that we did for fun!! Which ones must I do based on what you know? I’ll be playing on jv btw..thxx!
